I was inspired to join the fitness industry some 20 years ago, after reflecting on the value and lessons I learned through working with a Personal Trainer of my own. I have since gone on to achieve a diploma in bio mechanics, and have opened two personal training studios.

My approach to training relies heavily on the fundamentals of Functional Training, incorporating movements from the activities of daily life.

I try to approach fitness as a lifelong behaviour modification where we have continuous improvement. I try to define my sessions as simple, challenging, and efficient with an emphasis on proper form and mobility. My favourite client is anyone with a goal and a willingness to work towards it!

I am a personal trainer with over 15 years experience in the fitness industry. I began my career working across multiple platinum level gyms, where through my unique techniques and outgoing personality I quickly amassed a large client base including people from a variety of ages, fitness goals and athletic ability.

My overwhelming success alongside my ambition to always better myself allowed me to achieve a life-long goal by opening my own personal training studio in 2010. Enabling me to use my expertise in health, fitness and exercise to benefit my local community.

During my 15 years I have seen a lot of technological advances, FADS & new phenoms come and go, however the core fundamental principles of exercise are still the same. My philosophy revolves around making exercise enjoyable for all.
